We are seeking a number of individuals to work alongside an established and sucessful team to further develop the business in the UK. The market is wide open and so we are looking for exceptional individuals who are capable of operating as part of a team or on their own to their full potential. The rewards are uncapped for those who are successful.

We expect that you will already have either a full time job, or some other source of income at this time. The role should act as a supplement to this income and not as a replacement.

Role - what is involved?

We need a number of part-time sales and marketing professionals to acquire customers for our business selling the Melaleuca range of products. These individuals will be expected to devote a minimum of 3-5 hours per week to the role.

The company takes care of all of the aspects of supply, payment, delivery, customer enquiries and returns, freeing you to concentrate on the sales and marketing activities.

Your work will take place either in the field or from your home office. Monthly targets are set and you are expected to complete a minimum level of activity each week.

All product and business training is provided both at the outset and on an ongoing basis to ensure that you are fully versed in the products and the opportunities that exist in the market.

We also offer additional training in the areas of presentation skills, sales & marketing and personal development as part of this role.

Requirements - the skills that are needed to ensure success?

We are seeking exceptional individuals who have a very positive attitude and personally need to be successful. It is desirable that you possess basic sales or marketing skills it is more important that you have a willingness to learn. Previous sales, marketing or business experience is a distinct advantage.

Communication skills are important as is the ability to make presentations to individuals or groups. While one of the most important skills is the ability to listen.

We are looking for people who know how to “wow” their customer with a great first impression, know their product well and ultimately become a product of the products. The ability to develop customer loyalty is also important in this role.

Rewards - what can be earned?

Compensation is commission based with an additional range of bonuses and incentives offered. There is no salary with this position.

Commission is paid monthly on every sale, including on subsequent re-orders. This provides the opportunity to develop a residual income stream, when your customers reorder.

On target earnings in the first year are between £15,000 - £25,000 working part time (3-5 hours per week). There is actually no limit to what can be earned and the rewards can far exceed the amounts outlined.
